- For each request for burial, the Cemetery shall reserve the right to determine if the deceased is entitled to burial according to the discipline of the Catholic Church. The Certificate does not convey the right of burial to any person not entitled to Christian Burial in accordance with the established Christian Burial Guidelines of the Catholic Church.
- If, through any cause, a Certificate has been obtained for the interment of a deceased person(s) not entitled to burial according to the discipline of the Catholic Church, such certificate may be canceled; in which case the owner of the burial lot shall cause the deceased person, if already buried, to be removed from the Cemetery.
- The privilege of burial in the cemetery lot herein conveyed is not transferable without written consent of the Transferor or the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, or his or their authorized representative.
- The design, placement and location of any monument or memorial is subject to the prior approval of the Cemetery Officials. No symbolism or epitaphs inconsistent with Roman Catholic doctrine are permissible. The burden of keeping any monument or memorial in safe repair shall be on the purchasers, or assignees, or heirs. Transferor reserves the right to arrange for removal of any memorial which Transferor judges to poses a safety hazard to Cemetery visitors.
- The purchaser hereby accepts this Certificate subjects to any and all regulations now promulgated and any and all regulations that are hereafter adopted to maintain the good order of the Cemetery.
- The Lot transferred by this Certificate is subject to the right of Transferor, it’s agents, and other persons having the right to enter the Cemetery, to travel over said Lot in order to have access to and from other lots to which no other reasonable access is available.
- Some type of permanent marker or monument must be installed in Purchaser’s lot within 6 months (180 days) after sale of burial lot.
- No planting of bushes, shrubs, or trees of any kind at any time.
- The Cemetery is not responsible for items discarded.
